Steve Lay

Steve Lay has extensive work experience in the field of product management and project management. Steve currently serves as the SVP Product Management at Learnosity since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the VP Product Management at Questionmark starting from February 2020. Steve also held the role of Product Manager, Delivery and Integrations at Questionmark from December 2008 to February 2020. Before joining Questionmark, Steve worked as a Project Manager at the University of Cambridge from May 2006 to December 2008. Steve also worked as a Project Manager at CARET, University of Cambridge from 2006 to 2008. Steve has a background in research and development, having served as a Senior Manager in the ICT Group at Cambridge Assessment from 1998 to 2006. Steve began their professional career as a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge in 1989.

Steve Lay attended Theale Green School from 1979 to 1986, where they completed their A-Levels with a focus on Mathematics. Afterward, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Maths at the University of Cambridge from 1986 to 1989.
