Josephine Johansson has a long and varied work experience. Josephine began their career in 2003 as a Freelance Designer and Recording Artist/Music Producer, providing design services and performing and recording vocals for various music producers and publishers. In 2005, they began working as a Record Store Sales Clerk at Skivhuset. In 2006, they worked as a Back Office Administrator at Nordea Life and Pension and a Music Teacher at Södra Ängby School. From 2011 to 2015, they were employed at Musicians Institute, where they held various roles including Alumni Coordinator, Researcher, Artist & Career Services Coordinator, and Designer. Josephine also worked as a Graphic Designer and Coordinator at Halo Chiropractic in 2011. In 2015, they began working at Los Angeles College of Music as an International Student Advisor and Designer. In 2021, they began working as a Product Designer at Learnster and a UI/UX Designer at Boneo.

From 2009-2011, they attended Musicians Institute, where they earned an Associate of Arts in Music Performance with a combined emphasis in Vocal Performance and Recording Artist.
