Matt Lyons

Matt Lyons is a seasoned professional in the field of education and technology, currently serving as the Head of Software Development, Data & Business Analysis at LearnTech since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing apprenticeship programs and leading a team of technical trainers. With a strong background in technical training, Matt specializes in delivering Software Development, IT Solutions, and Data Apprenticeships. Concurrently, Matt has volunteered with RNLI as a lifeboat crew member since April 2017, providing essential lifesaving services. Previously, Matt held roles including Subject Area Manager for Computing & Digital Technologies at Weston College, Qualification Writer/Reviewer at NCFE, and Lecturer in Computing at various institutions.
