Doriane F.

Doriane F. has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Doriane started their professional career as a Wardrobe Assistant at the Arcadia University Theatre Department in 2017. Following that, they worked as a Supervisor at Kaman's Art Shoppes, Inc from 2017 to 2018, where they supervised employees and implemented shop procedures. In 2018, they joined Enjoy Technology, Inc. as a Technology Expert, providing exceptional customer service and teaching users how to maximize their technological devices. Doriane then became a Lead Expert at the same company, collaborating on assignments, leading team meetings, and training field experts.

In 2019, Doriane joined Tribe 12 as a Fellow, exploring professional development through Judaism and incubating an entrepreneurial venture focused on mental health education through theater. Doriane also worked at Arcadia University as a Resident Assistant, providing resources to residents and organizing hall programs, and as a Career Peer Advisor, advising and connecting with students on career planning tools. Additionally, they represented Arcadia University as an Online Blogger.

From 2019 to 2021, Doriane worked at AEFIS as a Client Success Associate and later as a Client Success Specialist. In these roles, they educated and guided clients through the assessment software interface, supported technical troubleshooting, and created and solved support tickets. Doriane also wrote technical user guides, coordinated specialized client projects, and ensured compliance with FERPA regulations.

In 2020, Doriane joined Beacon Theatre Productions as an Executive Assistant to the Artistic Director. In this role, they implemented strategic marketing, researched grants, and drafted grant applications. Before that, they interned at the same company as a Theatre Administration/Managing Director Intern, where they performed similar tasks.

In 2021, Doriane worked at 2U as a Cybersecurity Teaching Assistant, teaching and supporting students in a bootcamp program. Doriane troubleshooted technical challenges and explained cybersecurity principles. Currently, they are employed at LearnUpon as a Technical Support Representative.

Doriane F. completed a Certificate program in Cybersecurity at the University of Pennsylvania from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre/Theater from Arcadia University. Before attending Arcadia University, they also studied Theatre/Broadcasting at Susquehanna University from 2014 to 2016, although they did not obtain a degree from that institution.

In addition to their formal education, Doriane has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they completed the "Being an Effective Team Member" certification from LinkedIn. Doriane also holds various certifications related to cybersecurity, including the "CompTIA Security+" certification from CompTIA, completed in 2023. Doriane has also obtained certifications in areas such as cryptography design and implementation, secure code design and implementation, threats, attacks, and vulnerabilities, and exam tips for CompTIA Security+. Doriane has also completed certifications in Salesforce essential training, e-learning essentials: SCORM and Tin Can API, and nonprofit management foundations.
