Susan Nolan

Susan Nolan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Susan started their career as a Financial Controller at Clearwire Broadband in 2006. Susan then worked as a Business Analyst at Bowne|Gcom2 Solutions from 2008 to 2009, followed by a brief stint as a Project Manager at the same company. In 2009, they joined Azyra Systems as a Software Implementation Consultant. Susan later worked as a Financial Software Consultant at Murex from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they served as an Integration Manager at RR Donnelley, where they managed day-to-day operations and coordinated resourcing and planning for multiple projects. Since 2014, Susan has been with LearnUpon, initially as Head of Operations and currently as the Chief Operating Officer. In their role, they collaborate with various teams to hire, support, and develop employees, and ensures the success of the company.

Susan Nolan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Information and Communications Technology at Trinity College Dublin from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master's of Business Studies degree with a focus on Management of Information Systems at The Michael Smurfit School of Business from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Susan obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Inclusive Mindset from LinkedIn in March 2023, PRINCE2 Practitioner from APMG-International in May 2011, and Selling Skills Certification from Professional Development Limited in September 2009.
