Michelle Hartman’s down-to-earth approach to people and her structural engineering background make her uniquely capable of producing innovative solutions to the problems her projects face. The best part about this job for her is the positive impact that her team’s projects make on the community, whether it be a school, apartment, office, or lab. Outside of Lewis, you can find her hiking with her dogs, having adventures by the lake with her family, or doing lots of building projects around the house.
