Yong Choe

Yong Choe has a diverse background in database management and development. Yong started their career with Accenture in 2008, where they served as a Senior Programmer. In this role, they maintained and organized a large Oracle database application, optimized batch job performance, and developed a secure file transferring application.

In 2011, Choe joined ICF International as a Database Developer. Yong designed and built a database-driven application for a federal agency, participated in all phases of the software development life cycle, and developed an ETL process for data extraction and mapping.
