David (Dave) Clark

David (Dave) Clark has a vast and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. David (Dave) most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at LeaseHawk since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of CFO at Apricus Health from July 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Elev8 Consulting LLC from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they served as the CFO at Liveops, Inc. in 2019 and as a CFO at Nextiva from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they held various finance positions at Oracle from 2014 to 2017 and Microsoft from 2007 to 2014. This included roles such as Vice President, North America Tech Sales Finance at Oracle and Finance Director - Corporate Finance Planning and Analysis, and Global Field Finance Director - Advertising & Online at Microsoft. David (Dave) also served as a Subsidiary CFO at microsoft.cz from 2005 to 2007. Prior to joining Microsoft, Dave worked at EY as an Auditor Senior from 1991 to 1996. Dave Clark has strong expertise in finance, particularly in the role of CFO, and has demonstrated their abilities in multiple organizations.

Foster School of Business and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. David (Dave) then furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, from the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA program, which they completed from 2007 to 2009.
