Micha Roon is a highly experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, focusing on supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha has been dedicated to enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at Bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha has also contributed as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, a Blockchain Advisory Board member at the IIB Council, and an advisor at PioneerVentures.io. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional training from prestigious institutions, Micha possesses a strong foundation in technology and project management.
