Amanda Cowley

Amanda is a Director in Leathwaite’s Singapore office where she leads the Asia Human Resources practice. Covering the whole spectrum of HR specialisms at executive level, Amanda has successfully partnered with leading global and regional businesses to source, assess and secure top talent from across the Asia region.

Amanda brings over 17 years executive search experience, much of it gained in Asia having been based in Hong Kong between 2009 and 2021 and more recently in Singapore. She was most recently the regional practice lead for HR at Profile and brings an impressive track record, network and reputation having worked across industries and across a range of senior human resources appointments.

Amanda began her career in London having graduated from University of Bristol.
