Justin Alford

Justin Alford is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT Delivery for the Expanded Solutions Group at Unum since January 2021. Justin also holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at LeaveLogic, where the focus is on transforming the Employee Family Leave Experience through innovative technology and design. Previous roles include Director at CGI, Senior Systems Engineer at Absolute Business Solutions Corp., Systems Integrator & Team Lead at Duer Advanced Technology and Aerospace, Project Lead at CGI-AMS, and Team Leader at AMS. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and briefly attended Maastricht University in 1998.
