Jason Belt

Jason Belt, MPA, currently serves as a Senior Manager of Commercial Effectiveness at BD, recognized for achievements such as the FY 23’ Global Marketing Excellence Award and the FY 24’ US Commercial Excellence Team Award. Prior roles include Marketing and Sales Lead for Advanced Repair & Reconstruction, where Jason drove a 51% growth in Phasix and earned the Marketing Rookie of the Year title. As a Territory Sales Manager and Field Sales Trainer, Jason achieved significant sales rankings and recognition, including the President's Club accolade. Currently, Jason is a co-owner of Guardian Roofing, a member of the Management Board at IronGate Business Advisors, and the Director of Capital Resources for LeavenWealth, overseeing substantial assets and capital fundraising initiatives. Jason's earlier career includes notable success in pharmaceutical sales at Celgene and Sanofi, with multiple awards and top sales rankings. Jason holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
