Nick Bruhn

Nick Bruhn is an experienced marketing strategist and property management professional with a strong background in real estate and investor relations. Currently serving as a Marketing Strategist & Acquisitions at LeavenWealth since June 2020, Nick also holds a position in Investor Relations & Marketing Strategist. Previously, Nick was a Regional Property Manager at Talon Development from May 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the development of student apartment complexes and managing day-to-day operations while fostering key relationships with local stakeholders. Prior experience includes a role as Property Manager at REALTY WORKS from February 2017 to June 2018, focusing on marketing property management services and effectively maintaining high occupancy rates. Nick holds a degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completed in 2017.
