Darbee Jackson

Darbee Jackson has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Darbee started their career in 1998 as a Division Director at Robert Half - Office Team. In 2001, they joined Accounting Solutions as a Staffing Consultant, where they worked until 2004. In the same year, they joined LeChase Construction as a Human Resources Specialist and later became the Manager of Talent and Recruiting. Darbee worked at LeChase until 2016. From 2004 to 2016, they also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Bovis Lend Lease. In 2016, they returned to LeChase Construction as an HR Generalist. In 2018, they worked as an Executive Recruiting Contractor at the John Hughes Company. Throughout their career, Darbee has gained experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and general HR management.

Darbee Jackson attended Appalachian State University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology.
