Melynda Noble has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2005, they worked as a Barista at Starbucks for over a year. From 2006 to 2010, they served as a Wellness Consultant at TriVita. Melynda then transitioned to Mayo Clinic and worked as an Appointment Specialist for several months before becoming a Medical Practice Secretary from 2011 to 2014.
In 2015, Melynda joined the University of Arizona as an Administrative Associate, providing comprehensive support to three Associate Vice Presidents. Melynda handled scheduling, meeting materials, and travel arrangements. Melynda later moved on to the Cancer Center, where they served as a Coordinator of Projects & Events, managing operational activities related to the NCI Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG). Melynda was promoted to Senior Coordinator in 2019 and managed external review and site visits, as well as the Collaborative Cancer Grand Rounds (CCGR) program. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Project Manager, overseeing operational activities for various projects related to the multi-million-dollar NCI Cancer Center Support Grant.
In 2022, Melynda joined Morrison Express as a Human Resources Specialist, responsible for HR-related tasks. Most recently, in 2023, they started working at LeChase Construction as a Human Resources Specialist.

Melynda Noble completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology at Arizona State University from 2006 to 2010.
