Mike Goddard has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Mike worked as a Project Manager at LeChase Construction starting in 2022, where they managed various projects including roof replacement for SUNY Alfred and alterations for Horseheads CSD MS. Mike also managed the Guthrie Towanda Memorial Hospital project. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Project Manager at LeChase Construction from 2019 to 2021, providing assistance on projects like Cricket Valley Energy Center. Before that, they worked as a Project Engineer at LeChase Construction from 2016 to 2019, where they managed projects such as SUNY Alfred Student Activities Facility and Mackenzie Boiler Replacement. Additionally, Mike Goddard gained experience as a Construction Engineer Intern at Kiewit in 2015, where they worked on various assignments and assisted with project planning and management. Mike Goddard's education history begins in 2008 when they obtained an Advanced Regents High School Diploma from Honeoye Central School. In 2012, they enrolled in Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology and completed an Associate's Degree in Construction Engineering Technology by 2013. In the same year, they briefly attended Rochester Institute of Technology, focusing on Civil Engineering. From 2014 to 2016, Mike pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management Engineering Technology at Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.
In addition to their formal education, Mike Goddard has obtained various certifications. In 2013, they completed the OSHA 10 Hour Training Construction Safety and Health. Mike later acquired certifications in Plant Inspection of Portland Cement Concrete and Concrete Field Technician from NYSDOT in 2014. In 2015, Mike completed another OSHA 30 Hour Training Construction Safety and Health course. In 2016, they obtained an Associate Constructor Certification (Level 1) from the American Institute of Constructors, as well as a Procore Certified: Associate certification from Procore Technologies. Mike continued to expand their certifications with Aerial Work Platforms and Forklift training, accredited by LeChase Construction, in 2017. Additionally, they completed Trenching & Excavation Competent Person Training through United Rentals in 2018. Mike Goddard obtained NSC First Aid, CPR & AED certifications from the National Safety Council in 2017 and 2022 respectively. Finally, they obtained the AGC Future Construction Leaders of New York State certification in 2020.
