Jean-Michel VIAL is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, performance improvement, and business management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Partner at Albus Partners since 2013, VIAL co-founded the firm to assist business leaders facing unique challenges. Additionally, VIAL holds board member positions at L'Éclat de Verre and Distillerie Manguin, and is the Owner and Managing Director of VEREDIS CONSEIL, specializing in restructuring and turnaround projects. Previous roles include CFO at ATLINKS Group and SAUR, where VIAL led performance management initiatives and financial operations.
