Pavel Novák

Pavel Novak is an accomplished professional with significant experience in management and consulting. As the Managing Partner at ADD | VERY since June 2020, Pavel has led projects such as the redesign of the loyalty program for BILLA CEE, assisting the REWE group with comprehensive CRM strategies. Previously, Pavel served as CEO at Zonky from April 2017 to March 2020 and held the position of Vice President of Operations at Eldorado LLC, where responsibilities included e-commerce and CRM analytics. Earlier consultancy roles at Adastra Business Consulting involved expertise in risk management and CRM, with prior technical experience gained as a Researcher at Rockwell Automation and as a junior software engineer at CertiCon a.s. Pavel holds a Master’s degree in Cybernetics & Control Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague and an ALICE Certificate from Kristianstad University.
