Latifa Laanatza

Latifa Laanatza is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in people development and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as the EVP of People at Ledger Bennett since January 2021, Laanatza focuses on fostering lasting customer relationships through innovative marketing strategies. Prior roles include Global VP of People at STA Travel, where Laanatza led global talent development initiatives, and Head of Learning & Development at Redfin, where major operational changes resulted in significant cost savings and improved employee performance. Additional experience encompasses senior management roles at Allen Interactions Inc., the Mayor of London’s office during the 2012 Olympic Games, and Volunteering England. Laanatza holds a Master of Education from Stockholm University.
