Matt Walsh

Matt Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt'smost recent role was as a Staff Engineer at Ledger Investing starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at HQ Digital from May 2022 to January 2023.

From July 2021 to May 2022, Matt served as a Senior Software Engineer at Lattice, where they worked on the Engagement team, specializing in Typescript, React, GraphQL, and Relay.

Before Lattice, Matt worked at Warner Bros. Digital Labs as a Senior Software Engineer and held a leadership role on the Web team from August 2015 to July 2021. Matt was also the Team Lead on WizardingWorld.

Earlier in their career, Matt was the Director of Engineering at SnapOne, Inc., overseeing Front End Architecture across multiple web applications and managing a team of engineers from May 2012 to June 2015.

Matt also worked as a Senior Web Developer at GSI Commerce in 2012, where they consulted on the redesign of an e-commerce partner's site using JSP, Javascript, CSS3, and HTML.

From 2011 to 2012, Matt worked as a Senior Developer at Trendi Solutions, developing custom applications using Perl, Javascript, and MySQL.

Matt started their career at Advance Internet in 2000, initially working as a Technical Coordinator and later transitioning into the role of Technical Manager. In these positions, they managed project development, produced technical specifications, and led teams of developers.

Matt's early experience also includes working as a Senior Developer at Synovate from September 2008 to November 2011. Overall, Matt has a strong background in software engineering and technical leadership, with expertise in a variety of programming languages and technologies.

Matt Walsh attended The College of New Jersey from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Computer Science.
