Xuan Y.

Xuan Y. has been working in the actuarial field since 2013. Starting at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Business Analyst, Xuan then moved to msg global solutions as an Associate Consultant (Actuarial Services) in 2014. In 2016, Xuan began working as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia State University. In 2017, Xuan returned to PwC as an Actuarial Intern, followed by roles as an Actuarial Associate, Senior Actuarial Associate, and Senior Actuarial Consultant. In 2022, Xuan joined Ledger Investing as a Senior Actuarial Data Scientist.

Xuan Y. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Quantitative Finance from the National University of Singapore between 2009 and 2013. In 2011, Xuan Y. participated in a student exchange program at the University of Toronto. From 2016 to 2018, Xuan Y. earned a dual degree in Actuarial Science and Data Science from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business. In 2014, Xuan Y. obtained a certification in Python from Codecademy. Xuan Y. is currently in the process of obtaining a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) certification from the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) certification from the American Academy of Actuaries.
