Mondher Ben-Hamida

Mondher Ben-Hamida has an extensive work experience in supply chain and operations management. Mondher currently serves as SVP Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Ledger since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President Of Global Supply Chain at Lumentum from May 2021 to January 2022.

From 2014 to 2021, they held various roles at Apple, including WW Leader - BPR Product Operations. During their time at Apple, they led strategic supply chain transformation initiatives, implemented operational improvements, and worked with cross-functional teams internationally to optimize supply chain networks.

Before joining Apple, they were the Vice President of Strategy and Market Growth at E2open from November 2009 to January 2014. Their responsibilities included building the advisory division, preparing the company for IPO, and leading supply chain strategy initiatives for key clients in the high tech vertical.

From October 2007 to November 2009, they worked as an Associate Partner at IBM, specializing in supply chain strategy. Mondher was recognized as one of IBM's Global Strykers for the High Tech Industry and led strategic supply chain initiatives for a leading Chinese Telco OEM.

Earlier in their career, they held positions at HAVI Global Solutions, KPMG US, Deloitte Consulting, Answerthink, and Thru-Put Technologies. Their roles in these organizations involved leadership in supply chain integration, performance measurement, strategy development, and process improvement.

Throughout their career, Mondher Ben-Hamida has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, strategic planning, and operational improvement. Mondher has worked with prominent companies in various industries, contributing to the success and optimization of their supply chain operations.

Mondher Ben-Hamida holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Minnesota, which was obtained from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis, earning a degree in Industrial Engineering from 1989 to 1995. Mondher also has additional certifications in CPIM and CSCP from the institution APICS.
