Celest Horton is an accomplished professional in the petroleum refining and petrochemical industries, currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Petrocatalytics since October 2020, where the focus is on environmentally sustainable recycling services for metal-bearing materials. Prior experience includes the role of Business Development Manager at PETROVAL, overseeing North American operations from January 2016 to September 2020, and as Regional Sales Manager at packgen and TriCAT, managing sales and services related to catalyst packaging and regeneration. Celest began a career in engineering as a Process Engineer at ConocoPhillips and FMC, specializing in various refining processes. Celest holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona, earned between 1991 and 1995.
