Derek Arnold began their career in 2014 as a Technical Support Engineer at Aptean. In this role, they provided expert solutions to complex customer problems in a timely manner by receiving, clarifying, and investigating incidents. Derek also documented all customer interaction and all steps taken to resolve incidents, and ensured that projects were running smoothly and consultant and customer were on the same page. Derek then moved up to Business Consultant and then Senior Business Success Consultant at Aptean. In 2022, they joined FORVIS' Business Technology Solutions as a Senior Business Consultant - Business Central.
