Paul Popkin

Paul Popkin has over 15 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Paul is currently working as a Senior Managing Director at Lee & Associates NYC since 2018. Before that, they founded The Popkin Group in 2005, a boutique commercial brokerage firm that serves areas such as Soho and Tribeca in downtown NYC. In their role as Founder, they represented both landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, as well as real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Paul also worked with some of NYC's largest landlords in their pursuit of off-market acquisitions.
