Nadia Wagner

Ms. Wagner was hired by T. Richard Bryant to assist in the formation of Bryant Commercial Real Estate Partners in 2005, and subsequently the Lee & Associates' Atlanta office. She is responsible for all aspects of operations including broker and administration services as well as human resources.

Ms. Wagner sets company goals and policies by reviewing statistics about quality and efficiency of workmanship. She supervises the staff and evaluates the success of the firm’s policies and procedures. When Ms. Wagner recognizes an area that must be improved, she will formulate ideas to remedy the situation. She assesses the overall condition of the firm through frequent meetings with the CEO, CFO and Partners.
