Kathy Cahill, CPRP, CGSP, FAEM, has extensive experience in human resources, emergency management, and volunteer coordination, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist, Emergency Management Coordinator, and Volunteer Services Coordinator at Lee County since June 1999, where Kathy manages a volunteer program with over 800 registered volunteers contributing significant service hours. Previous roles include leadership positions with the Association of Leaders In Volunteer Engagement (AL!VE) and the National Association of Volunteer Programs in Local Government (NAVPLG), focusing on program development, outreach, and advocacy. Kathy also served as the FRPA Southwest Region Director, overseeing multiple counties, and holds a BS in Human Services from Florida Gulf Coast University and an AA in General Education from Florida SouthWestern State College.
