Iahn Gonsenhauser

Iahn Gonsenhauser currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Lee Health since January 2023. Previously, Gonsenhauser has held multiple roles at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center since July 2012, including Hospitalist, Chief Quality and Patient Safety Officer, Associate Chief Quality Officer, and Clinical Instructor for residency programs. Responsibilities have included overseeing acute care services, leading quality and patient safety initiatives, and managing interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Gonsenhauser’s early career includes project coordination at New Family Physicians and research assistance at Case Western Reserve University. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University.
