Pete Pavel

Pete Pavel has a wealth of experience in human resources, strategic business partnerships, maintenance management, power generation facility management, project management, and military leadership. Currently, Pete serves as the System Director - Human Resources Strategic Business Partner at Lee Health. Prior to this role, Pete held various management positions at NextEra Energy, Inc. and served in the US Navy in different HR and power plant management roles. Pete is also a certified Compensation Professional with a focus on Enterprise Total Rewards Programs.
