Stephen Sicard

Stephen Sicard currently serves as the Manager of Network Engineering and Telephony at Lee Health, where a dedicated team is led to deliver outstanding network and telecom infrastructure solutions. Previous experience includes significant roles at AT&T, where responsibilities included designing and analyzing network components for wireless and wireline infrastructures, as well as overseeing fiscal tasks and capital planning. Stephen began their career at Cellular One, where exceptional performance led to advancements from Technician to Operations Manager. An educational background includes an Associate's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the American Marine Institute.
