Theresa Tay

Theresa Tay has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Theresa is currently Head of HR & Admin at Lee Kim Tah Holdings Ltd, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of People, Process & Culture at the same company from July 2021 to December 2022. Before joining Lee Kim Tah Holdings Ltd, Theresa worked at EY, where they held various positions from June 2018 to July 2021, including ASEAN & Singapore FSO Consulting Talent Leader. Theresa was responsible for driving talent priorities, supporting HR reporting, and coordinating regional talent initiatives. Theresa also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore from November 2017 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, they were a Manager of Human Resources at PwC Singapore from October 2002 to April 2008 and a Senior Associate in Audit & Business Advisory from September 1999 to October 2002.

Theresa Tay completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a concentration in Accounting and Finance at the University of Melbourne from 1997 to 1999. Theresa then pursued a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the Singapore Institute of Management, completing their studies in 2003.
