Joseph Hofman

Joseph Hofman is an accomplished construction professional currently serving as Vice President of Construction and Vice President of Preconstruction at Lee Mechanical since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph spent 17 years at Ahern, where positions included Regional Construction Manager and Senior Sales Project Manager, focusing on the design, estimation, procurement, and management of commercial mechanical projects.
