Sara Shapland

Sara Shapland is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Lee Smart, P.S., Inc. since June 2022. Previously, Sara worked as Field Counsel for the Law Offices of Mark Dietzler, focusing on legal matters for Liberty Mutual Group, Inc., and held the position of Attorney at Allegiant Law Group, where oversight of post-foreclosure eviction caseloads was a primary responsibility. Sara's legal background is supplemented by volunteer roles at Mediation Northwest and Lane County Legal Aid, as well as internships at First American Title and a research assistantship at the University of Oregon School of Law. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a study abroad experience at the University of Oxford. Leadership skills were further developed through various positions held in the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.
