Randy Conrod has extensive work experience in various industries. Randy started their career as a Technical Sales Representative at Buckman in 1999. Randy then moved on to Fraser Papers, where they held roles as a Process Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, and Line Superintendent. Randy joined Michelin in 2005 and served as a Department Manager and Lean Manufacturing Coach before becoming a Department Manager again in 2011. In 2013, they joined IKO Industries as a Plant Superintendent and was later promoted to Plant Manager. Conrod then worked at Alumicor Limited, where they held roles as Site Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain. Their most recent position is Vice President of Manufacturing & Engineering at Lee Valley Tools, which they began in September 2020.
Randy Conrod completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Dalhousie University from 1993 to 1996. Randy then pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering at the same university from 1996 to 1999. In 2000, Randy enrolled at the University of Phoenix and obtained their Masters of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, which they completed in 2005.
