Kendra Bell

Kendra Bell is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Manager at LeeBoy since March 2020. Previously, Kendra held various roles at Greystar from February 2017 to March 2020, including Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, and Leasing Professional, where responsibilities encompassed leasing, marketing, and overseeing sales goals for a 310-unit community in a fast-paced Charlotte suburb. Kendra's earlier experience includes serving as a Marketing Data Analyst at Peoples Bank and as a Community Assistant at Ambling Management Company. Kendra also completed a marketing and public relations internship at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
