Mitch Scott

Mitch has been the Head of the Engineering School for several years, and each year it’s a joy for her to see their learners experience what it’s like to be an engineer and have that real hands-on experience. She works hard with the team to make sure everyone has the opportunity to be their best and succeed. She also believes it’s important to support their wellbeing, and develop their resilience and mental agility, with regular input from the pastoral team and outside agencies.
