Amani Anderson Leefe CSA™ has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and organizations.

They also served as the Deputy Director of Organisational Change, Corporate Strategy & Change, where they built a new team to develop the Organisational Strategy for the Defra Group. Additionally, they were a Delivery Advisor in the Defra Group Portfolio Management Office, overseeing a portfolio of EU Exit projects.

Amani's most recent experiences include participating in the Major Projects Leadership Academy at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and working as the Director of Governance and later as the Chief of Staff at the UK Infrastructure Bank. In these roles, they played key roles in setting up the bank's governance and operating model and provided strategic support to the CEO.

They are currently the Director of PMO and Strategic Change at Leeds Trinity University, where they utilize their vast experience to oversee project management and drive strategic change initiatives.
