Amani Anderson Leefe CSA™ has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and organizations.
They started their career as a Communications Executive at LSC, where they focused on media relations and brand management.
They then moved on to the Meat Hygiene Service as a Communications Manager, where they oversaw the production of publications, managed the corporate identity, and organized knowledge management seminars.
At the Food Standards Agency, Amani held multiple roles, including Communications & Engagement Lead, PMO Manager, and Workstream Lead. They provided strategic support to the change portfolio and ensured customer satisfaction in project delivery.
Next, they joined the UK Department of Health as the Head of Partnerships, Programmes, and Business Delivery. In this role, they advised the Director of Comms and managed various campaigns and projects.

They were the Deputy Director of PMO, Assurance & Business Partnering and led the establishment of the Defra Major Projects Portfolio Directorate. They also served as the Deputy Director of Organisational Change, Corporate Strategy & Change, where they built a new team to develop the Organisational Strategy for the Defra Group. Additionally, they were a Delivery Advisor in the Defra Group Portfolio Management Office, overseeing a portfolio of EU Exit projects.
Amani's most recent experiences include participating in the Major Projects Leadership Academy at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and working as the Director of Governance and later as the Chief of Staff at the UK Infrastructure Bank. In these roles, they played key roles in setting up the bank's governance and operating model and provided strategic support to the CEO.
They are currently the Director of PMO and Strategic Change at Leeds Trinity University, where they utilize their vast experience to oversee project management and drive strategic change initiatives.
Amani Anderson Leefe CSA™ earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Leeds, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. They also attended Bootham School in York, but specific details about the degree and field of study are not provided.
