Nirmalya Maity is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as the Owner/Proprietor and Head Chef of Rii's Kitchen since May 2019, Nirmalya oversees all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial planning and marketing.
