Roald Pool possesses extensive experience in management business development, currently serving at Leeuwendaal since 2013, where responsibilities include driving innovation in management, leadership, collaboration, and personal development, with a specialization in results-oriented learning and gamification. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant in Management Development at Leeuwendaal, focusing on the design, acquisition, and project management of modern result-oriented management and change programs. Earlier career roles include training in sales and account management at Norbu (1995-1997) and training and marketing at Gijswijt O&O (1993-1995). Roald Pool holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam (1985-1991) and completed Gymnasium-A at Buitenvelderts Lyceum (1978-1984).
