Soesja Olivia Bijtelaar

Soesja Olivia Bijtelaar is an experienced research consultant currently working at Leeuwendaal since January 2021, focusing on executive search and interim management within the healthcare, education, and government sectors. In a team lead role, Soesja coordinates a group of research consultants in the same advisory area. Prior to Leeuwendaal, Soesja founded Oona Odessa, a webshop specializing in handmade ceramics from Portugal, and served as a personal and management assistant at Klaus Schmitt & Partners, contributing to executive search activities in healthcare. Soesja has also held various coordination roles and internships in project management and research. Academically, Soesja holds multiple degrees from Utrecht University and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, including a Master’s in Governance and Organizational Studies, alongside a comprehensive background in yoga instruction from Dru Yoga.
