Irene Bouman-Ipema

Irene Bouman-Ipema currently serves as an HR Adviseur at Lefier and holds a position as a member of the Raad van Toezicht at SOOOG since April 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Irene has also contributed to various roles including P&O adviseur at Gemeente Eemsdelta and Strategic Policy Advisor at Noorderpoort. Irene has been involved with the Regionale Geschillencommissie Talentenregio since January 2020 and previously worked at Woningcorporatie Mercatus and Onderwijsgroep Noord. Irene's career began at KPN / PTT Post, moving through several positions before advancing to specialized roles in municipalities such as Gemeente Groningen and Gemeente Eemsmond. Educational qualifications include training in function description and valuation, as well as achieving a Green Belt in Lean.
