Erica Simmons

Erica Simmons, MBA, PHR, serves as the Vice President of People and Engagement at the Urban League of Greater SW Ohio since July 2022 and has held the role of Senior Human Resources Consultant at Rice Education Consulting (REdCon) since September 2019. Previously, Erica worked as a Human Resources Consultant at strategic HR inc. from December 2019 to July 2022 and as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Kroger Manufacturing from July 2012 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for over 200 associates in a union environment. Erica began a career in human resources through a comprehensive training program at Kroger Manufacturing, which covered essential HR business functions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from Franklin University.
