Lance LeFort is the CEO and Founder of LeFort Talent Group, specializing in retained executive search and management consulting in the creative industry. With over 20 years of experience, Lance has held various HR and recruitment roles in companies such as ToonBox Entertainment, Arc Productions, and Pseudo Interactive Inc. Lance also has experience in sales, account management, and franchise ownership. Lance holds a CHRP degree in Human Resources from HRPAO and a BA in Arts from the University of Guelph.
