Anouk Puntel has extensive experience in the fashion industry, specifically in design roles. Anouk is currently working as the Head Designer of menswear at Lefties since May 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Fashion & Accessories Designer on a freelance basis in 2020. Prior to that, Anouk held the position of Senior Fashion Designer - Menswear at MANGO from July 2020 to February 2021. Anouk also worked as a Senior Fashion Designer for various companies such as WASBEE, Visigma apparel group / sixsigma, Padma Diseño S.L, and Masstudiodesign, where they gained experience in different departments and worked with various clients. Additionally, Anouk has experience in footwear design and production, having worked as a Senior Footwear Designer and Creative Director at Origen shoes and as a Footwear Designer and Assistant in production at Naguisa Shoes. Anouk also co-founded and served as the Creative Director and Product designer at COOLSEC, focusing on accessories for bicycles and commuters. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to create and execute designs, conduct trend research, and manage product development.
Anouk Puntel's education history begins in 2001 when they enrolled at Instituto Catalán de la Moda in Barcelona. Anouk pursued a degree in Fashion Design & Pattern and also received a certificate in Window Dressing. In 2008-2009, they completed a course in Footwear design, pattern & assembling under the guidance of Mr Joseph Cunilleras in Barcelona. In 2012, Anouk attended Barcelona Activa in Barcelona, Spain, where they obtained the Creamedia 2012 degree. Moving forward, in 2015, they attended the University of the Arts London and studied Shoe Design for New Professionals at Central Saint Martins.
Recently, in 2022-2023, Anouk attended the University of Leeds, where they pursued a degree in Sustainable Fashion School. Anouk obtained additional certifications from the University of Leeds, including "Fundamentos del Proceso Textil: De los Tejidos a los Acabados" in July 2023 and "Fundamentos del Proceso Textil: De la Fibra al Hilo" in January 2023.
