Haley Altman

Haley Altman is a seasoned professional in corporate law and business development with significant experience in the legal sector. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor and Global Head of Corporate Development at Litera since August 2019, Haley has held multiple key positions, including Global Director of Business Development & Strategy and General Manager. As of March 2023, Haley also serves as an Advisor at LEGA. Previously, Haley was the CEO of Doxly, Inc. until its acquisition by Litera and a partner at Ice Miller LLP, where focus areas included corporate and securities law for emerging growth companies. Early in the career, Haley worked as an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and Ice Miller. Academic qualifications include a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a BA in Chemistry and Political Science from DePauw University.
