Daniel P. Reilly has extensive experience in legal and political roles. From 2011-2015, they served as State Representative for Portsmouth and Middletown, Rhode Island, and was a member of the House Committees on Finance, Oversight, and Rules, as well as the Drone Study Commission, Ride Sharing Study Commission and Redistricting Commission. In 2014, they co-founded ResolveIO (CallRed), where they were responsible for sales & marketing, customer support, finance, operations, legal, and human resources. In 2016, they founded Reilly Legal, a practice that provides counsel to executives and employees on issues related to employment agreements and compensation, as well as business transactions and real estate matters. That same year, they also co-founded Legably, a company that matches attorneys looking for work with attorneys who need work done. In 2018, they became an Associate at Acertitude, and in 2022 they became both Legal Counsel to the House Minority Leader and Founder & CEO of Politistaff.
Daniel P. Reilly attended Roger Williams University School of Law from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained their Juris Doctor in Law. From 2008 to 2012, they attended Providence College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and General Studies.
