Justin Phillips

Justin Phillips is an accomplished Project Manager at RPS since May 2021, leading significant projects including the $350 million Army Aviation Program and the $1.8 billion Defence Navy Capability Infrastructure Sub-Program. Previous experience includes roles as an Assistant Project Manager and Graduate Engineer at SMEC, where contributions were made to the Urban Utilities condition assessment project. Justin is also an active member of the Legacy's Emerging Leaders Network, promoting community impact. Additionally, experience in retail management and entrepreneurship complements a solid engineering foundation, having earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Queensland University of Technology.
