Rebekah Thebo

Rebekah Thebo has a diverse work experience in various roles within the HR field. Rebekah started their career at The Walt Disney Company as a Quick Service Food and Beverage Hostess and later became a Merchandise Hostess through the Disney College Program.

Rebekah then moved on to work at Hays as a Human Resource Specialist, where they served as the main point of contact for consultants across multiple locations. Their responsibilities included managing all HR functions, conducting consultant reviews, and ensuring consultant retention.

Currently, Rebekah holds the position of Director of Recruitment at Legacy Community Federal Credit Union. Rebekah has been in this role since January 2022 and oversees the recruitment process for the organization. Earlier, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist II at the same company from April 2018 until January 2022.

Rebekah Thebo pursued their education at Auburn University from 2010 to 2014, successfully completing their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
