Justus Cox

Justus Cox is an experienced educator and administrator, currently serving as Assistant Principal at Legacy Early College since July 2022 and Executive Director at Young Brothers Academy, where the focus is on the comprehensive development of middle and high school scholars. Justus founded Connect in 2015 to promote diversity at Anderson University and has held leadership roles in the Call Me MISTER program, providing mentorship across various educational levels. Previous positions include a 4th grade teacher at Monaview Elementary School, an administrative assistant intern in Anderson County, and an avid tutor at Glenview Middle School. Justus holds a degree in Elementary Education from Anderson University and has diverse experience in both educational and customer service roles.
