Greg Cauthron

Greg Cauthron is an accomplished mortgage professional with extensive experience in leadership and loan origination. Currently serving as the Producing Branch Manager at Legacy Group Capital since May 2024, Greg specializes in brokering mortgage solutions and facilitating quick approvals for construction and bridge loans. Prior to this role, Greg was a Senior Loan Advisor at Flagstar Bank and spent over a decade as Branch Manager in the Phoenix area at Wallick & Volk Mortgage Bankers, leading a successful team of nine producers. Earlier career highlights include serving as Branch Manager in Scottsdale for American Security Mortgage Corporation and holding executive positions at Choice One Mortgage, which peaked at over 600 loans originated monthly before its sale. Greg holds a BBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Oklahoma and attended the United States Air Force Academy.
